Over the years I have been asked by families in Melbourne to come out with them to a wood or a garden in order to shoot a series of fun shots that captures a great family moment.

It's just what I like to see: people relaxing into natural poses in natural settings - as if I wasn't there at all.

My approach? I shoot large photo files and then catalogue the images in a photo database from which I am able to export images for families to use in a range of formats using a range of media (TVs, mobiles, PC screens).

The benefit: families can access images that are theirs to own do with as they like - including sharing with extended family and friends. Images are provided in a range of formats so that they can be posted in Facebook, or watched as slideshows on TV, or even dropped into a story board for printing and framing.

Each family will have their own needs and ideas. I am willing to listen and I will let you know what I think is possible.

Of course, tastes change over time. No matter! I keep the original unedited images in a catalogue which allows me to re-style them for you in the future (to black and white, or as square prints for a specific frame, or as 16:9 images for a TV slide-show).
